Clyde Butcher has recently been honored by the State of Florida with the highest award that can be given to a private citizen, the Artists Hall of Fame Award, for his photographic excellence. He has also received the Conservation Colleague Award from The Nature Conser-vancy, and the Sierra Club’s Ansel Adams Conservation Award, given for excellence in photography and contributions to the public awareness of the environment. He was also chosen Person of the Week on the ABC Peter Jennings Evening News program, and has received the Heartland Community Service Award from the State of Florida.

Mr. Butcher is a wonderful artist! The way he captures the beauty of the aquatic preserves is amazing.It was advertised as a signed copy and it was but it was to Bob from Clyde! It was a gift to a friend and she found it amusing!!!
Beautiful Book and delivery was unexpectedly fast.
Not supremely high quality reproductions here but you have to like any books on Butcher. His work really should be in some extra large quality paper/limited edition publication but what can you do? I know --get anything that's out there on him.
